ubolt dana 60 question

hey all. How tight are the 2 bolts that go into the D60 case supposed to be? I got them in there hand tight. Do they just tighten up when you put the plate and nuts on? Also what s the torque for the ubolt's 140 FT pounds.

i don't know exact torque but i put grade 8 bolts in mine and used a breaker bar to tighten them down pretty tight then i tightened the ubolt and have never had a problem with them coming loose
