I'm with big pappa, just find a local heavy equipment or spring shop. There is a shop by me that makes custom u-bolts while you wait with new thick washers and tall nuts for about $12-15 a piece depending on diameter and height.

While we're on the subject I freakin' hate u-bolts, I've had so many problems with them backing off I'm tempted to build another setup. A long time ago I saw a setup that was very similar to what we use but it allowed you to use grade 8 bolts with nylon lock-nuts. It's always seemed like a better setup to me because the hardware is so much easier to come by.

wish i had seen this earlier.. i drove all over hitting up all kinds of places...

there is no way i will get this by monday...

there is hope though.. i got a bud local that has a blazer on 66" tractor tires.. ill try and grab some pics...
he fabs everything.. he works all that swing shift, rotating shift thingey... so he is sleeping right now... but said he will be up from 11pm to 9am... so im going to try and get there at 6am... he said he may have the ubolt.. if not he said we will try and use a tap and die to cleanup my stuff and get them working... i will still replace them but this is so i can get the inspection done.. it took 45 days to schedule it so i dont want to reschedule...

update YAY!!!!!!!

i took the ubolt over a friends.. got a blazer in rockwells on tractor tires.. it is HUGE!!!!!

he put my ubolt in a vice.... hit it with a 5/8- #18 die.... cleaned the threads up nicely... he did both.... then he found a nut from a 1/2 ton.. same size.. and im up and running.. took less than 4 minutes to install!!!!

so now off to see what i fail for at inspection tomorrow morning...

if i fail for tires (as they said they wouldnt pass me)...
i got a friend with 37's ill be rolling back over there on to go through.....
