ubolt torque specs

What is the correct torque specs for 14 bolt ubolts. I searched but did not realy find the info. And also what do yall torque your spring eye bolts and shackle bolts to.

I just put a 4' pipe on a breaker bar and tighten up..... till she dont turn...

that is even what the guy at the inspection station said... (yes we have inspection so lets not get into that....)
