some of you guys wanted to see on with these options, here ya go.

stinger2.JPG

This was built with a Warn HS 9500 inside. It's tucked in there pretty good.

The entire center section of the bumper is 1/4 plate. Using the HS 9500 we clocked the clutch 2 bolt postions. It's a simple operation, pull the bolts turn it and bolt it back on.

Let me know what ya think and if you have any questions, fire away!

OH, and I forgot to mention, there is to be some more bracing on the stinger yet. Just wanted to get a photo up tonight.

They will hit the website at $540 as seen here.

The center section is all .25" Out side the frame is .188". The sides are also reinforced back to the frame similarly to the way the factory bracketry is.

Just had a thought! How about your screen name burnt into the bumper, or the trucks name? Any number of custom options for little to no difference in pricing. Holes in the front of the bumper for a recessed light mounting.

Another option could be, in place of the winch mount, a tool box? Just kickin some ideas around here. If you have some ideas of your own fire away!

Put a different angle of pic up there Kert. The bumper looks WAY better in person than that pic makes it look.

I need to shove it outside for better lighting as well. Maybe I'll get that far today!

Wow kert, another thing to add to my list of parts to buy. Can this be mounted with your B-52s in the forward position?

Is it an option to set it a couple inches higher to cover bodylift gap?

That thing looks killer.

yep, that sure is doable. We can raise it or widen it upward at the drop of a hat!

I think the two gel. Let me double check that to be sure though.

hey do you have pics of it with the winch in? would a warn xd9000i fit in it and would you make the bumper with out the stinger?

The XD9000i won't fit with it the way it is pictured. We can adjust to fit. It's the large chunk of the winch that goes from one side to the other over the top that interferes. Yep, we can do it without the stinger tube.

How much would it be without the stinger and able to fit a warn xd9000i shipped to 01876?

thanks

Your looking at $515 neighborhood adjusted to fit that winch and no stinger. front will have to come out so your approach angle is gona take a hit. Not to much can be done about that.

Need an exact address to calc shipping. Business address can save you as much as $100 in some cases.

Would It be possible to mount a Warn 12k lb. winch in there?

The profile of the bumper would change slightly. The bottom would come down and the face would come out to make room. Not a big difference but its there.
