I wanna see the ugliest, most Craigslisty, ho-dunk, ghetto-fied, bad idea rigs on the interwebs.
Whether it be jacked up double-frames, slammed POS's, and car-on-truck ugliness.
I mean the ones you come across, and just think: "WHAT WHERE THEY THINKING!?" :haha:

I'll start....

haha you must not like low riders, i love the mat black one minus the ugly wheels. the other ones i agree are ugly.

Hands down, it has to be the Pimp My Ride Blazer. The look on the guy's face when he was looking at it and the scripted, read-the-cue-cards dialog was classic. "Wow. I. Love. It. Dog."

Wish it was better video quality but I grabbed some vid caps for your pleasure. The first pic is the before shot.

I'd shoot those mother fockers if they did that to my blazer.

Why the fock are there TVs on the mud flaps. Wtf!!!!!

I like all those lowered blazers except for the last 2 just cause they are a little too lowrider for me.

I love me some lowered blazers.

That pimp my ride :doah::doah::doah::doah: just no words. That show was so uncreative it was insane

Don't get me wrong, I would own a nice low blazer if I could afford one.
But those super-low ones, bug the crap outta me.

Yikes! I thought the lowered trucks were bad until I scrolled down to the PMR Blazer. That thing makes all the others above look beautiful. :eek1:

I think the biggest crime was that they did all that ugly crap to the PMR blazer and still left the 10 bolt axles under it. They probably made no mechanical improvements at all.

And, I have to disagree about the ones in your fist post. I am a fan of being able to lay frame on a 2WD. Some are overdone, like the last 2, but I don't think the look itself is bad..

I hate lowered trucks in general but double hate anything four wheel drive lowered. Two wheel drive truck or blazer go ahead. I would never own one anyway. That pmr one is nasty. I'd ask them to redo it as a wheeler and reprint a normal color. I hate a lot of stuff from that show. Overdone and wouldn't work in the real world. Cars they do are much better and most are at least functional.

the only 4 wheel drive lowered trucks i've seen worth any thing are the diesel drag trucks that use 4wd to do a boosted launch. that i can understand.

PMR is famous for aesthetic rebuilds.
They never did anything mechanical,
short of replacing ONE engine, and buying one guy a new 4runner.

I'm thinking the lowered rigs are air bagged and just sit on the frame rails when parked...

the PMR rig...it's "salvageable" I reckin....gut it & start over

The 2x4s are just a different scene, I've got a 2x 68SWB that will someday have 315/35r20s and 275/40r20s on it, set up for autocross with static suspension to handle on rails. I agree though that the bagged out body dropped stuff is pretty ugly. In any case, they're usually really "nice" with quality work, just not very purpose- driven. Unless your sole purpose is to drag yer freakin frame while driving... :dunno:

Not sure if it's still around, but that "scary steering" site was the epitome of ghetto rigged garbage. These guys boogerweld everything together and have z-bar steering up the asshole and I cringe everytime I see most of it.
