Driveshaft ujoints are supposed to have the same amount of angle to not vibrate correct? (non CV)

What is the max continuous angle for a 1350 ujoint?

Yes, the angles should be within 2° of each other. I would not go more than 15° on a DD if it was possible.

the only time the ujoint doest accel and decel is when perfectly straight
how much angle until you can feel it ??

Driveshaft at more angle will just wear out faster. As long as it doesn't bind, it will not break if it's 1 ton rated.
