unadjusted speedometer...problem?

I have an 85 Jimmy...350/700R4...with 4.56 gears and 35" BFGs....question...ever since I did all the lifting/gearing/bigger tires, my speedo has been off (naturally)...does this cause ANY problems other than not knowing how fast you are going?

Shouldn't. 85's should be non-comp controlled so it should be fine...

Your odometer will also be off. Now you won't be able to figure out your fuel mileage (I don't want to know mine).
