I'm looking into what type of paint to use on the under body of my blazer when I'm done with the body work. Im looking for paint that will protect it best against mud, road salt, and other road debris. Let me know what you guys have used in the past to under coat your trucks

depends on how much money you wanna spend, and what level/stage of sanding/stripped will it be...

a quality paint system from primer thru paint with a chipguard over it, whether a lizard skin type product, Line-X, 3M undercoating, etc will yield the best results.. but that all starts with the same quality coating system you would run on any other sheetmetal on the rig... urethane, Imron, etc, etc..

Well I'm not doing a frame off rebuild or I would have everything down to bare metal. I know to get the best results I should get it all to bare metal and start from scratch but I don't have the time or money to do it all yet I still have to drive it a few times a week.

I'm replacing the rear tailgate/floor support and some of the floor boards and some of it will be down to bare metal but not all of it. So I'm thinking I'm gonna prep everything the best I can, spray it with like 2 coats of primer, then would you coat it with what ever type of under coating I decide to use?
