When I pulled up the rear carpet, besides loads of disintegrated carpet backing, there were two rubber matts shaped like the bed (filled the valleys). One mat covered the last foot or two of the bed, the other covered the first foot or so. The middle had only the delapidated carpet. I looked in LMC, but couldn't find (1) this rubber mat, hopefully the full length and (2) the rear chrome sill to keep the carpet down. Any ideas?

mind didn't have carpet in it but it had both of the mats you describe, they were pretty much disintigrated so I trashed them.

When I pulled out my carpet, the right rear quarter pannel fell off. The carpet was the only thing holding it on with the doors, cap, and tailgate off.

Seriously.
