Undercoat

Has anybody used the heavyduty rubberized undercoat from rusfre? i am looking to use it underneath the body of my blazer. it is cleaned up to the original paint. its also dry. does this product really have good adhesion? the areas with surface rust will be treated with epoxy paint. any information would be helpful.
