It has pins G10, G50, G46, and B58. Engine Speed Signal, Vehicle Speed Signal, MIL Control and Class 2 Serial Data. I cannot find what this plugs into.

Not exactly sure but it doesn't look like anything for the engine, probably went to some module under the hood or fuse block.
Yeah. I can't find anything and those pins I mentioned are necessary.
