Its hard to tell from the pic really. Is there any fender badges or a badge on the dash above the glove box door?

i dont no--I in Moscow--this Chevy in St.Petersburg

Now that I look at it more closely, it doesn't even look like a 74. A 74 would have a full convertable roof, that one looks like a half topper which would be a 1976 and up K5

you guys do realize that other countries had very different models? Hell in South America Chevys still have solid front axles and the old body style with a new front end well into the 90s.

here are some pictures as examples:

A south american K5 without a removeable top:

Good to know

Did you see the Russian truck paint job? It looks like Slate Metallic with Shimmer white, which started production in 1990. Before then, those colors didn't even exist!

It looks longer than a K5. Look at the space between the back of the door and the front of the rear wheelwell:confused:

Is the gas filler in the wong location for a K5?

Looks to me like a shortbed pickup with a camper shell on it... cab has been opened up to make a utility vehicle. Looking at all the pix, it's a pickup tailgate and pickup wheel wells.

There was an aftermarket conversion here in the 'States on Toyota pickups back in the 80's, made them like the 4Runners... forget the name.

This one could easily be homemade though. In any event, I think it's safe to say it started out life as a SWB pickup.
