I pull a 33' Airstream and most of the time, I have around 2,000 to 3,000lbs worth of parts in the back of the Burb. I will have run about 10,000 miles before this race season is over. I left the malls to kids like you 18 years ago...

What is the 2000lbs of parts for? You are running 5.13's right? how is that working out/ what rpm are you running at 60mph? Do you think it will still have rpm's you desire after the bigger tires or are you going to have to go with somthing like 7.17's or somthing?

In over drive I run 70 to 80mph all day and it is right on the money with my gps. With a 14bolt you can not go any taller then a 5.13. I work for three top rated race teams.

Thats cool then that it all works out. Have fun loading all that gear in the back of it with it another half a foot taller. Also not to pull an Avery but do you ever plan on taking this thing off the pavement? If not thats cool i totaly understand that thing is allmost too nice to whel im just strictly asking out of curiositys sake.

I think it is Yukon gear that make a set of 5.38's for the 14FF. Might want to look into it.

Ok, first off I have a 1991 Sub. with 56" rear springs. Right now I have 6" BDS springs with ORD 4" shackle flip brackets and a 3" body lift 40" MTR's. Now I'm going with 50" Goodyear Unisteel MVT's

So now for the question, has anyone ever used 64" springs on a Sub. Or knows of someone how makes more then a 6" lift spring in a 56"???
I might be wrong, but I don't think anyone makes more then a 6" spring in a 56" What they sell as a 8" spring is a 6" with a two inch block..

6" is the highest lift spring that is 56" long that I have found.

You can also drop the front hanger and do a longer shackle to pick up some lift then blocks if ya need more.

Figured I'd chime in. Definitely a sweet, clean build. I aspire to have my rig in similiar condition...eventually.

On a side note, I'd personally keep the Hummer rims. But, I guess that it just goes to show that someone's rig is never finished. BTW, you going to sell them?

I wish I could keep the Hummer wheels, but the new MVT's need a 20" by 12" or 14" rim
