E-MAIL sent thanks for the help with the pics...I hope i got them to you in time if not tomorrow will be fine thanks again

Na, Fords got 60 rears. Chevys got 14 rears (unless it is a fleetside with a 70). Count the bolts on the cover. That year will be a SF14

Readymix= Thanks for the help

Divorced= Thanks for the links im still learning this pic posting stuff :laugh:

Steve_Kibb= I was not talking about the front axle... Quote ''suppose to be a Dana 60 14 bolt rear ?''

It does has 14 bolts in the cover as you will see in the pics that i sent Readymix.. But it is not a stock ''Rear'' it has been changed.. Thanks for the replys

Thanks Readymix for taking the time to put them up for me :D ..
Ok now for the questions.. What rear would you say that 14 bolt is ? The front springs are almost completly flat is that normal ? What would you guess a truck like that would be worth in your area ? Keep in mind the truck runs perfect and everything on it works..

rear axle = 14 FF
Front springs being flat is normal if no lift in installed. Most stockers have a negative arch to them.

No idea on what it would be worth

DAM !!!! 425 views and no replys to the pics ?? No questions or comments ?? I figured somebody would have something to say...
I mean come on fellows tell me what you think good or bad i can take it :laugh: :laugh: .....

Yeah considering that it is a 21 year old truck that is mostly all original I think it is pretty good.... For the most part it seems to be pretty solid other than the rocker panels which is normal... The fellow i got it from sanded it down to paint it but he races drag cars and needed it to tow his car and trailer to the track.. So he just shot some primer on it and drove it... Then he bought a new tow rig and decided to sell it to me ... :D :D As soon as i get some time I'm going to cut out and replace the rockers and finish what he started... I'm not sure what color to paint it yet though.... My father in-law has some blue paint so I'm thinking FREEBIE :saweet: :saweet:

IMHO, looks like that truck has some lift to it. The springs on a 2.5 inch lift are just about flat, stock have a negative arc as stated before.

Truck looks good :D

Definately a 14bff out back :thumb:

When I baught my truck in SC a few years ago, I gave $3000 for it, was a 3/4 ton 4x4 6.2 diesel with the 465 tranny. Bed wasn't in as good condition as yours. They are tough trucks, and will flex pretty good, 56 inch rear springs :D

Good eye Steve i think you are correct... After crawling around underneath a few minutes it does have 2inch blocks in the rear... The front is a 10 bolt Dana 44.... The rear springs are 56inch and the front is 48inch... Thanks for the reply..
