Ok, so I decided its time to get a suburban. Trying to decide what years are the best to get. IT will be a daily driver, mainly for the wife, but will be used for camping trips etc. I don't need a wheeler as I have a jeep and cruiser for that, but it will see lots of snow use, and it would be nice to use it to tow the jeep and boat on occasion. Since its a daily driver I really don't want a BB. Any comments are great, thanks in advance.

2002 or so to 2006 for nice comfort.:D

I personally like the 2007 on up, I like that newer front-end look.

I have a 91. I prefer the TBI models. Decent power, reliable, easy to drive and cheap to fix.

my self, even being a square body fan id go 99-05 type with the 5.3L. for what you want thatll give you an all around package

That's kind of what I was going for, If it's not intended to do any real offroading, just some trail use or whatever, and pulling a trailer now and then, mainly for the woman to drive, it's nice to have comfort and some newer styling, better ride quality is a big plus with them.

I'll keep my '89 for the trails and real fun stuff, but my next ride is going to be something more street comfy.

Just was talking to the wife and I am sooo Happy!! She said she wants a blazer, to customize not a newer model! early 90's both straight axle and the IFS blazers is what she likes...Except if its an IFS model wants a SAS!.....So the hunt is on for that vintage Blazer to start the work on..................Needless to say, im so proud!

The one in your sig, or a different one? Give me details:D
