This was a project but I still have my blazer project and a c-10 project in the works. I need to make room.

1988 sami. front end damage (easily tubed out or replacable box tubing).
Motor is in the tub. Ran when pulled. Includes all parts necessary to get the little rig running. Includes clean AZ title.

Some that come to mind are:
1) what year are the 30/44 Jeep axles out of? and are they matching ratio?
2) 88 is still carbureted?
3) what is status of tranny and case? any fancy gearing in the case?
4) Does the motor need a rebuild?
5) Is the 44 rear offset to the side like the Sami rear axle was?

I'd like to build a rig to travel down Baja. This sounds like this could be a good start.

dana 30 and 44 have the same deep gear (deeper than 4.88s) but I want to say 5.13 or more

rear has a spool and both are offset the same way the sami axles are. No special gears in the t-case. Marv, I'll be needing some tubing (tie my bought back cage to the suspension again) help with my Blazer. I'd be totally willing to trade.
