all in all it was fun... had to stay on the main roads.. but there were some holes that were big...
also me being the biggest out there made it difficult as I did go through the hole that the jeep got
stuck in my january 05 wheelin post... when I went in.. i brokeup the ice... and went slow... ice was a good 2"+ thick... I was breaking it up then the front of my truck dropped and slammed the ice... I had to backup to approach again to break it.!!!!

Tell ya what.. Lockers are a beautiful thing... Dan was one leggin it in 2wd.. spinnin and havin fun
playing.. I couldnt do that.. that sucked but good in a way....
well chow.. now going to a Xmas get drunk party!!!!!!

Rootbreaker,
I know the Ground Hawgs are directional, just wondering how you find them in reverse. I'm thinking 40" Hawgs will be my next tire (I do lots of mud and also plan to sip them for improved winter traction). Thanks. Oh yeah, your pics look like there was some fun :D

Looks a LOT like the Lacey Powerlines / Forked River. Exit 68 or 69 off the GSP, right?
So the rangers are back to being cool there? Last i heard they were being d**ks, but that was a couple years ago... I haven't been there since 2001.

Root,
Thanks for posting the pics. Yeah, the more I see, the more I think my next set of tires will be Hawgs. I really like the fact that they wear well on the street, and alittle sipping will help for winter roads.

Just remember they do run a tad small.. that seems to be the biggest complaint.. seems that people cant get it right.. if they want a 40" tire they need to order the 42's.. if they want a 42" tire they need to order 44's... and if they need bigger to choose a different tire....

my tire is 39" tall if on a 9.75" wide rim recommended by denman... however NJ would have failed me for that so I put it on a 12" wide rim and it pulled the height to 38.8" :wink1: so NJ passed them.. biggest tire on the street is 38's for us....

also the jeeper (without the winch) said he really likes how the hawgs performed and will most likely be getting a set..... I almost threw a boulder at his truck.. .I laughed when he said that but he said... NO REALLY IT WAS THE SIZE OF A BOULDER!!!! and all we were doing was going down the trail!!! :haha:

Sorry for the personal question but are you missing a nut?!?!

(lug, rt front) :)

2 actually... stripped out studs....

I"ve got 39.5" TSL's at the moment, and yeah, when I order the Ground Hawgs I'll go with the 40" size as you suggest. Thanks.
