Upgraded to serpentine. Need alternator wiring help...

I have a 73 K5, the engine is a 1969 vintage 350ci w/HEI. I installed a serpentine setup off an 89 S10 4.3L. The only thing I need to figure out is the alternator wiring, can anyone help? The first pic is my old alt and the second pic is the new serpentine alt (under the plug is a 4 wire terminal but only 2 wires are used).

i just did one last night you need to get the adapter plug it needs 10 ohms of resistance to work properly it is available from ac delco or online for under 20 bucks you need it to do it right and it is plug and play also


the adapter with a resistor is AC Delco: 8078

the 8077 has no resistor but is plug and play also but without that resistance you can burn up the alternator
