just a though was the "buy memberships" a hint there might be a cost incress?

mabey offer and upgraded member ship for a cash donation to the site alowing larger pic uploads and bigger gallery starage or something

No, the Member cost is not going up at all, that was just a hint for people who might be thinking about buying a Membership to please do so. Or extend their current Membership.
