Have someone changing them I show 2 options one for above 8000 one for under 800 gvwr.

One is too wide one is too narrow inthe spread of the arms. Both by an inch give or take. This truck also shows its a gmt 400. Anybody else seen this?

I ordered mine from rock auto for the above 8k and they fit perfect :dunno: .

Mines also 2wd, so not sure if that makes a difference..?

Is it a 6 lug or 8 lug?
I know the 6 lug is narrower than the 8 lug.
I am not sure if the 2 you're showing are different levels of 8 lug or the 8k and under is the 6 lug?

I have a '95 K2500 at work. Odd truck for sure. 6 lug so it's basically a half ton and a 305. I'd be willing to bet it's half ton suspension.

Guy that works for me just did a 1 ton , 88 front suspension . He is a GMT400 guy. He says there are way more differences in the GMT400 suspension than there should be. Most of the aftermarket parts are wrong in this era. lots of minor differences in fitment like you are seeing. He ordered an entire front suspension online and basically nothing fit. Went to NAPA and some of it fit. You are better off rebuilding the arms in this era instead of trying to get loaded arms that fit. It was a 3 week ordeal to finally get the right arm, bushing, ball joint combination to actually fit.

Damn, I wouldn’t expect this. Sounds more like a ford deboccle.

Right? Really weird. For example, 88 1 ton arm has a 3/4 ton sized ball joint while the 89 1ton arm measured out the same but had a larger ball joint.
There were so many variables and the whole square body running through part of the GMT400 production has made parts for this era difficult.
