My 70 Blazer is missing much of the upper corners of the windshield frame thanks to a PO who thought stuffing it with Bondo was good rust repair. I'd love to find someone who is willing to take a sawzall to a truck cab if there aren't any Blazer ones available. I need about six inches (or more) down the pillar portion and about the same going towards the center of the top portion. I know the Blazer is different from the truck but from the drip rail down it will save me a ton of work to have stock metal. If you are willing to cut out the corners let me know what you want for them. Oh, since I'm dreaming anyway, how about some rust free rockers?
Thanks,
Frank

well, I could probably get you some, but I don't know how straight they are...

Compared to what I have, those corners look like NOS. If you are willing to part with them please let me know how much you want. Straight shouldn't be much of a problem to fix compared to what I have (or don't have). From what I can see of your rig it looks like you have had some fun.

How far down do you want it cut? I bought it for parts and am selling the body, but it didn't have a windshield in it anyway.

and do you just want the corners? or the whole top piece?

I need the corners, but I was just looking at it and it seems like the more I can get the better chance I have of fixing this thing. If you could cut it off near the base and cut it off again near the center of the top, making two long "L's", that would give me the most wiggle room. My corners are bondo. My passenger side vertical part is partially smashed. Let me know what works for you. I'd show you pictures of what I have but I haven't figured out how to post pictures yet.

I usually upload pics to photobucket then paste link, or you can use the paper clip under new reply to attach from your comp.
