Urgent ac removal help

In a situation where I have the front clip almost all removed except AC. I know it has Freon in it but can’t find anyone who can come by to evacuate it. I need to remove the condenser too. So, not sure how I can remove all this AC stuff without a visit by the EPA. I’ve seen a video or two about evac but it seems to skip the important parts.

Anyone with any detailed steps on what I can do?

No real way to put it into a cylinder without a recovery machine. Is it r-12 or r-134a? The r-12 is a cfc and needs recovered, its the stuff that wrecks the ozone layer. The r-134a is the replacement that is not as nasty. Still supposed to recover it but accidents do happen...….
