*URGENT* Need info on Swaybar *URGENT*

Hey all, I am installing my swaybar disconnect kit and I need to know what to torq the bolts to on the spring plate of the swaybar ! Thanks ! !

I just found the instructions for the disconnects too, and it says 130... I knew I read it somewhere and that's where...
