Urgent, truck won't start, can't figure it out

Re: Urgent, truck won\'t start, can\'t figure it out

Does your charger have a starting position for more current? If not, then I would say leave the charger on for a few hours, or jump it off another vehicle, you may not be getting enough power to crank the engine over.

loose conenction was battery terminal /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif wonder how long it was loose. I tightened them down but with a ratchet wrench, went till it started to strip them and stopped but apparently that wasn't enough. Fired it up and move it, almost stalled out, like WTF? remembered the Vortec silencer box, oh yeah I smashed that with a breaker bar. Duct tape the hole shut, good as new. Since the battery was disconnected for a long time, I took it out and BEAT the piss out of it. Shifts a little nicer after that /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Adaptive computers can be fun.
