Just an update on this thread. Kyle got his axles in 8 weeks. He was told 4-6 weeks. Yes we were late.

Dear Daniel,

Throughout the years, I have read the trials and tribulations of numerous people who decided that doing business with your company might be fun. Throughout approximately 99.9% of those readings, the bad has greatly outweighed the good. A common theme has been crappy customer service on your part. Seems like you always have to step in and attempt to whitewash the whole thing in an attempt to save yourself. It would seem like after a few years of this BS, things would be corrected, but they are not.

I do believe if you reflect on your inner soul and imagine the past, you would realize that very possibly, you have been severely cursed by the Church for your misdeeds against it. It's called Karma and you've dealt yourself a very bad case of it; or you are just plain stupid. I guess you would be one of those lost souls with no hope at redemption because someone wasn't there in your formative years to beat some common sense in your skull.

So if you would be so kind as to 1. fix your f'n business cause a lot of us are tired of hearing about your screwjobs and 2. leave my f'n state asshole so the collective IQ will skyrocket by about 200 points and quit embarassing us.

For anyone interested Daniels old user name was "USA6x6.com", if you search through his old posts you'll see he had to do this sort of damage control about 2 yrs ago. :surepal:

I have seen TARussell's wheels and they are nice but sadly Tom had to basically call and harass Daniel (and the guy that works for him) constantly for weeks to get his wheels. It was not until after Tom threatened to fight the credit card charge that USA6x6 came through with the wheels.

I will have to give Daniel credit for "balls"... after all of the repetitive bad press and being banned from Pirate (all of poor business deals) I would have thought he'd be too embarassed to come out in public anymore. :surepal: :doah: :rotfl:
 
Sorry for not updating this thread...been busy at work. My Brother-in-law did finally get his axles and so far he is happy with them. I think Daniel tossed in some freebies to make him happy. I think he actually ordered them back in Feb or March and he got them at the end of June. But he did get them finally. Thanks for all the support guys...this site and the people on it rock.

I just did a search through the state court records and I think I found him listed once for a marriage license, but I better keep any further commentary to myself................................... :haha:

That's what I found under what I do think is his real name. I can only assume since his address was listed as Lawton and that's where this jackass is from. No traffic tickets, no divorces or anything like that.....................

But I can say that I heard "Dueling Banjos" in the background when I clicked on the marriage license information...................... :D
 
i'm mormon, guess he has a problem with me. I am also guessing i have ANOTHER reason not to deal with him. Oh well
