And yes, I have first hand FACE TO FACE knowledge of his lies. Here is the deal, we ask opinions of people here on a daily basis, if we do not trust these opinions than why are we here???? I have never been sprayed bu a SKUNK but I have heard stories of those that have. I do not need first hand knowledge to know HE, (the skunk i mean /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif ) STINKS.

And by the way, the guy that was building his stuff, because he couldn't build a 1 peice swing set, is John Staz, When Staz whent his own way so did any quality that Daniel had in the begining.

The way to go is..... STAZWORKS!!

When you guys don't now all the facts you shouldn't put down a company.. At the beging Daniel was dealing with another company that was doing a lot of the welds.. He told customers that a product would be done.. When that other company said it would be done.. That other company would not come through as promised.. They did that a lot to him.. And it made him look bad. Daniel now does all his own work in his own shop.. When he says it will be there it will be there. He screwed up a lot with me.. I sent back four sets of rims to him. But he always stands behind his work.. Look at companys that don't. I for one will buy my next set of rims through him with out hesitation. I am done..

BS!!! -- Daniels line was the company he was doing business with blah blah.... REALITY, at first he was getting them built, they were QUALITY, THEY WERE STAZWORKS!! He then had a falling out with John BECAUSE OF HIS LIES AND BS. He tried to do it himself, in house, and the crap began. Who cares who is building them now. He is a used car saleman, and a bad one at that.

YOU SENT BACK FOR SETS OF RIMS AND ARE SATISFIED??? Whoopdy-do-fricken DA. 1 out of 5, that is what a 80% failure rate, and I would put money on the fact that it is more of a 95% failure rate when added up with the tons of other CRAP he sent out!!
I am blown away that anyone would defend a company that had tp send you 5 SETS OF WHEELS /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

If it walks like a udck , quacks like a duck and smells like duckCRAP, it must be usa6x6!!!!

Not getting into it, but he did not take care of my problem, he takes care of some of the problems, the rest of the problems just get pushed back in his memory untill the customer gives up. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

I get tired of the name calling, but I do like hearing about companys before I deal with them. I've had problems with local shops here in Austin that I would tell people to avoid like the plague...JD Machineworks!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

The other shop was a mustang speed shop so that was partly my fault. Anyway... /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif

Give us the facts of the deal and any delays, price increases, poor craftsmanship, and after 5 returns no ones customer service is good enough. ASK ME HOW I KNOW. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

Im not trying to start a pissing match with you but it should NEVER take 5 trys to get it right.

That was one of the many PROBLEMS & EXCUSES!!!!

Twice I have lost and I did go back. I bought the first set, they were wrong. He gave me another set free. They were better, but still not good enough for my tastes. He sent me this set for free as well.

I got 3 of them yesterday, the fourth is hung up in Sacto. According to FedEx, it should be here today. So it took 14 days to my door from the day of order to delivery.

The wheels look really good. The paint is a fairly cheap spray-bomb job, but what do you expect. If I wanted good paint then I would have had them powdercoated, which USA6x6 offers. Daniel also offered to have the chromed, but that's not my style. The centers are really nice, 1/4" thick or so, pressed in then welded with one nice continuous weld. The centers look kind of like a center from a normal Mod stle wheel, only thicker and with 8 holes instead of 12 or whatever. The edges of the holes are rolled for strength. The center where the lugs go have a torque ring to keep the lugs tight, and it appears that teh wheel was chucked intoa lathe after the center was welded in, and a little bit of material was machined off the back of the towrque ring to ensure that it's 100% true. I'm impressed, the wheels are very nice, very professional, and very strong looking.

I'll try to get some pics tonight.

Well I do hope he has finally gotten his act together.
I hope those rims work for you and I'm looking forward to the pics to see how improved his work has gotten.

i have seen his new wheels one his web site and they look like he is on the right track. the molded and contured centers with the torque rings is the way to go.

i will never buy one of those plate centered wheels, especially for a vehicale that would see any sort of pavement.

but that being said he is a snake and he has burned his bridges when it comes to me buying anythig from him
