Vacuum at idle

Well I checked out this online vacuum chart http://users.bigpond.net.au/ergoff/vac2.htm

It says I have a blown head gasket between cylinders /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif or is it my cam

At idle it fluxs from about 9 to 17 really fast. Like it looks like one big needle cause it moves so quickly. Is this just the cam I got -> 214/224 .454/.464

Yay /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif , it was a blew out hose leaking. It looks normal but its like one of those osmosis garden hoses /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif
