Value of D60/14B. Or, Anyone near SW Wisconsin looking for a pair?

I'll keep this short and sweet. What are a 60/14 pair of axles worth? $500? $750

And or is anyone in the southwest Wisconsin area looking or ready to buy a pair? I need springs for my V3500 and I found a guy parting a truck out, but he doesn't want to sell the springs until the axles are gone. He wants $1000 for the frame, axles and springs. The springs are worth $250-$350 to me. The frame is all but worthless I think. The guy is three hours from my house. Trying to see if I can make this a fiscally viable option somehow.

A 60 alone here goes for 1000 all day, plus 2 to 4 hundred for the 14. Springs ehhhh, dunno. Frame in good shape is worth some coin. I would buy that for sure if you dont, and be almost more than willing to drive up there and trailer it home if i had the 1000 to do it with.

Ouch. I'm up in Wausau, and I just drove all the way out to NW Iowa about 2 months ago for a parts grab on axles and other stuff for my lift I'm about to do. I bought all my stuff as a package deal but the price for my axles was quite a bit higher than what this would be! Granted they were from a CUCV truck so maybe the 14FF's detroit & 4.56's were worth the extra coin, but they still needed to be rebuilt.

You can't go wrong picking them up for that price (that is IF they're in decent shape). If you run out of options, send me a PM and maybe we could sort something out - I hate to pass up a good deal.
