Rubber ones that are as short as possible.
Next time ive got a tire off the rim, im going to silicone around the inside just for that extra insurance.

Short rubber as well. You don't want to use the metal ones since they could easily break if they are hit by something.
i use these my self. super short and only the cap area sets up top. the rest of the nut and gasket are on the bottom inside the rim.
