Does any one know of a way to lock the vent windows, I know the evil f*rd br*nc*s have them in later generations but i need some for my 76? any one have ideas?

Take the locking mechanisms from the 80's GM's and put them in your 76 vent window glass.

just be sure you have a couple tools when you go out to the Junkyard to pull these:
something to remove the roll pin
a fairly good sized torqs screwdriver
or... you can do the chevyduty/lmc/jcwhitney thing, but a junkyard would be cheaper if you find a set in good shape /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Do you ever use them ? When I was missing the drivers side handle I just cranked up the spring tension in the spring inside the door so you couldn't open it . I have one now /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
