Vent Window Seals

Hello all! Just wondering if anyone here has any tips regarding replacement of vent window seals. Mine are quite noisy over 30 mph and I can't hear myself think. I've heard that it's really tough to do, so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

If you want the cheap fix, stick some change between the base plate and the knob. Mine started off with a penny, but now it's getting expensive. I need to stick a nickel in there to close the gap.
