Very cheap Recovery strap, $85 reg, on sale for $19

went by the loal store yesterday & bought 2 of them for 19.99ea. dude in the store didn't even know the straps were for sale

Neither have I. And I emailed cust. svc yesterday a.m.... However, I did get billed for the correct amount and it has hit my bank... so we'll see.

My credit card was billed already so I better be getting my tow strap. I will check and see if I got a UPS tracking number.

checked the price this morning, it's now $49.99, glad I ordered two the other day. Haven't got a tracking number yet, but they are probably back ordered now with all the orders going in.

Call customer service 1-877-474-4821, -> billed but no tracking# exists

Just called them, (1-877-474-4821) said they have no idea why. Then they said it might be due to coming from one of their stores. Well the CA parts only take 2 days to get to AZ and we have our own store about 35 miles from my house. I was promptly billed on the 15th when I orderd it however.

I reccomend we all call and check for the order so they realize the volume of people they are dealing with.

I had ordered my straps last week, they arrived here tuesday. No problems with billing.

I was at the parma store and bought 3..
there was 3 left...

They may have had to ship as far as ohio..
now that may take a while.
 
I ordered my straps Sunday and didn't get my tracking number until late tuesday night.

Don't worry. Think of the 10,000 or so orders they probably got for these damn things. I'm certain they're trying to delegate out all the orders to different stores because I'm willing to bet the California operations doesn't have 10,000 plus straps just laying around.
 
I just called them myself, ordered Tuesday, they have already charged my card, they told me they had 48,000 orders /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif and they expect to have all shipped by T-Giving... he said if my account was charged then most likely it's on it way /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Broke mine in this weekend. Sure is nice with how soft and plyable it is, much better than the cheapo yellow parts store straps. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
 
Sucks that they ended the sale early, really needed a new strap /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Guess I can make do with their 2"x20' strap for 19.99
