so i installed this thing ,started by making a template for the mounting holes out of cardboard and drilling the holes . mounted the pressure regulator on the passenger side behind the spare tire with nut serts.
Mounted the relay on the driver side inner fender close to secondary battery.
Iput the rocker switch in the dash where the rear window switch used to be

the fuse and relay are also held on by nut sert fittings.
Was really surprised at how quiet it is for a compressor. can turn it on and not hear it over the radio
very pleased

still waiting on the bulkhead connection so i can add a chuck on the outside rear bumper
when it comes in i will update what i do and where i put the air chuck

I do want to take velcro and put on the back of the seat and make a cover so you cant see the air compressor.
take a beany and put over the regulator.

Looks good, one thing to consider, that compressor generates a lot of heat when it is running. Both from the motor and from compressing the air. When you do the cover, make sure there is plenty of ventilation. And make sure that nothing that will burn, such as thin cloth touches that line from the compressor to the tank.

will do , thinking of what to do know is build a little fram out of aluminum or thin sheet metal that will keep it off it.
but want it covered

I'm going to have to stop by and check it out sometime, looks good! :waytogo:

looking to get a cover for the conector and i think grainger has em will see
