Vibration near tranny hump???

When traveling around 45MPH-55MPH there is a vibration. It sounds and feels like it is coming from the tranny or T-case possibly. Could a bad U-joint on the slip yoke cause this? At all other speeds there is no problems?? Any ides would help /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

Does it only occur when getting on or off the throttle?
