My buddy has a 87 Jimmy. We recently installed a 4" suspension lift and 35" BFG's.It seemed to have a slight driveshaft binding but barely noticeable.Just recently(about a month after the lift)we installed a 4 degree shim in the rear. The pinion angle looks good but now it has very noticeable vibration.Help!

What are the angles now? Is the driveshaft solid between the joints or does it have slip yoke between them?

You need to lower your t-case or get a cv driveshaft. The u-joint angle at the t-case is too high. There are many posts on this issue.
