I have a question for the group. I have a stock 1990 K5 with no lift. I am getting a vibration only under heavy acceleration when the rpms are above 3K. It does not matter what gear its in or how fast I am going. Mileage is are 106K. Any Ideas?

Yep sounds like a Ujoint
If they are the factory ones the retainers may be the plastic injection type.?? If so you need to use a heat tourch to melt out the little injection holes on both side of the ujoint. When you do this keep your feet back and heat with the hole pointing down and the burning plastic will drip out, turn around and do the tother side.
Replacements just use the C clips to retain the joint
Good Luck

Rock ON!
