I'm starting to feel/hear a slight vibration up front. It's pretty fast sounding and increases as I speed up. I notice around 35 MPH and up. I've done the hubs/bearing/brakes probably 3-4 years ago....all new stuff.

One thing I've noticed is my Warn hub on both sides can move in and out about 1/8". I believe the rubber seal is still within the hub, just seemed a little odd. It's the cheaper chrome hubs (not the gold ones).

After reading another thread on some auto hub problems, almost sounded like the aftermarket hub retainer clip groove might of been machined a little too far out, preventing the hub to go all the way in.

Ideas?

First rotate front tires to rear. Front tires tend to wear the tread in only one direction due to them only seeing braking force and not acceleration forces.

Even when balanced well they can vibrate
