Good afternoon friends, I have vibrations in the K5 when I accelerate to first gear fully, I have changed the engine mounts and gearbox mount, but when I accelerate hard the transfer collides with the body in the highest part, I have disconnected the broadcasts and continues to do so. I have no idea what may be happening. What I can do?

Can you elaborate on the vibration.
What do you mean ‘disconnected the broadcasts’?
How do you know the transfer case is hitting, do you see where it’s rubbing?
If your body mounts are worn then your clearance is reduced and may cause rubbing.

Take a video.... upload to youtube or your social media and link it here.... takes a lot of guess work away from members trying to help, things lost in descriptions

… and translation.
From your second description it sounds possible that the crossmember may be loose. Try putting a wrench on the bolts of the crossmember and see if any are loose or broken.

And here’s the translation of the previous post:

I can see where it is rubbing, instead of rubbing it is hitting a side member of the chassis and the mount is new, the transmissions are removed to see that it was not a matter of transmissions, and without the transmissions when I accelerate hard, hit the crossbar, On the right side, when I back off, it doesn't hit.

I think they call the driveshafts transmission.
