well im about to put in my 454 into my k5 and im now really wondering what the hell you did to yours to make it jump in the begining of the video .. what are the specs? was it a 454 or a 400??

its 433cid BBC, came from a fairly well built 427. lots of HP now. Not as much as Dean Folks K5 but when you pass 6 or 7 hundred horse it doesn't really matter what the number is anymore.

That event is becomeing an Alberta annual event.Alberta Safari company holds the Tough Trail Challenge at their offroad park near Edmonton AB.

Specs on our motor are;

433BBC..11.3:1 Compression with an Affordable Fuel Injection 1000 cfm multi port fuel injection.. I have to update the specs on our page....It has been on the rear wheel dyno and has come back as max power 476.9 hp at 5900 rpm and 440.2 ft lbs of torque at 3600 rpm..that was on a 150 shot of nitrous.. We are now using 180 shot...

I'm not sure on the specs of Folks engine Demon.. but I believe he has a 770 cfm Avenger carb and runs on pump gas... we run ours on motorsport 109....

We are happy with ours and that's what counts to us...

Thats good, thats all that should matter. I referenced deans blazer because a few weeks ago I put a link to one of his nitrous runs from the safari challenge. He told me recently on the 350 shot with a good tune its in the 1000fwhp range..
