Video: Testing my blazer in the mud.

Generally, water is fairly easy to cross as long as it's not too deep. Most of the time, the bottom will be smooth and somewhat packed....and the water keeps the tires clean. Pushing through mud with standing water is twice as easy as mud without puddling.

Well I thought it did good considering how deep it was and that another truck on 40's with 4wd made about 10 passes through it spinning them the whole way before me.. And I had been through there a few times. it got harder to climb that hill on the other side every time because it just kept collecting water.
That is a good fact though. that when there is no water it is much harder to pass. So im not disagreeing with you. :o

And chevy wrangler: thanks, It is a bit quiet though. I have to get the tailpipes re-done.

Haha thanks guys. And I should be getting the driveshaft by the end of the summer. I have a few other things that I have to save up for first. Because it is my DD The front shaft will have to wait in line.:doah:

I have thesame tires and I also need to get a drive shaft.

Although I'm getting mine monday. I just need to get it shortened

it seems as though every 4wd rig i get has no front driveshaft in it. guess i'm just too lazy to put it in and i have no trouble going anywhere i need to in 2wd. broke my front driveshaft, not on the hills, not in the mud holes, but going down a straight road and romping on it??
your truck looks pretty good and doesn't look like you'd have any trouble with going anywhere in 2wd anyhow

you may be the only person i know to get their driveshaft shortened. everyone i know has to get longer ones

Yeah I lowered it 4 inches and cut the fenders

the truck looks and sounds good. :waytogo: even though mines all cut up I love the look of big tires and uncut fenders.
