:truck: Anybody know where I can go to find out what my truck had from the factory? I have a list of factory #'s (options?) just want to find out what they are.

Glove box door or my '73 has 'em on the driver's side inner fender. It was a one owner though.

If you call chevrolet with the VIN, they will send you a package, free, of everything that vehicle came with. Sticker, RPO's codes, what the codes mean, everything related to that vehicle and it's sale.

RPO Codes

If you order a catalog from LMC Truck for your particular rig, it has a section that tells how to decipher a vin, and what all the RPO codes mean. Plus their stuff is pretty good too. Also, alot of times there is a factory build sheet stuffed into the springs in the bottom of the seat, or sometimes it's taped to the top of the gas tank.

the SPID label sticker in glovebox or on inner fender underhood is the only way to get what all options came on the truck

yuo cant find them out with a chevy vin, chevy didnt save this stuff,

but i think you can in canada,

the vin will only tell you year and engine and model/series and plant and such

not any options ordered/installed

youre SOL on that one, unless you have the SPID sticker still intact on the truck or find the buildsheet, almost always underneath springs of the seat, i have found many build sheets in gm trucks 73-up here.,

good luck
