Where else on a 1983 Jimmy can I find the VIN, besides the dash and the sticker in the glovebox?
Is it stamped on the frame somewhere?

There are a few more, but there is a *partial* VIN stamped on the drivers side framerail, underneath where the drivers seat is bolted essentially on my '81 frame.
One other common location is the drivers side top of the frame rail near the steering box.
