Vin #'s looked at please

Ok I bought a 454 and th400 tranny friday. It was said to come out of a 80's tow truck. Can I get someone to look up the vin #'s I pulled off the engine heads and tranny and tell me what exactly they are. thanks

Engine block.....GMT12........14015445 P........E19-81.......T0609TRL(above timing chain)
Heads.....GM4T....346236....E28-82......GM1t....346236....e6-81
Tranny....40x.....(it had a tag on it, all I could read was just TURBO 4##).....(he said it had a 208 behind it, did th400 come with a 208 behind them and if it was a tow truck, wouldnt it be a 1ton so a 205)
