I would use CN 3642PFC. it is a parallel flow condenser for square bodies.

I used the parallel flow one as well. Mine took a little fine tuning with the lines to get them pointed how I liked. I had to hold the one line carefully with two pairs of pliers to bend it slightly.

Doesn't seem like they are available at this time. I'd like to get it before I stab the radiator back in so I don't have to redo that over and over again. If anyone knows of a supply, let me know.
Dunno what year you are looking for, but Oreillys auto parts shows they can get a Delco one for an '86 K5 ($226, or they have Murray brand for $99) and rockauto lists GPD 3642C @ $76
Try Napa, I put a parallel flow in an 85 K5 not to long ago. Did it from the grill side, radiator was in place and full.
I guess maybe we should ask...

Just make sure that it is the parallel flow one. I doubt that there are many of the piccolo tube ones left out there, but just in case.
Mine was not as wide as the original tube and fin one, but it works well enough to use the A/C while crawling!!
I do have an 11 blade Vortec engine fan from '98 Tahoe on my factory fan clutch.
And I believe that @frankin5 has rear air in his, so you should be good!
It turns out that the one I bought wasn't worth a darn so I went with the Vintage Air unit. Worth the money.

I have that one in the crew cab. It would get to 45 vent temps in August with a three blade fan lol
