There is one of these on eBay right now. I have never seen one of these new in the box. I've seen them in trucks in the parts yards and wasn't sure what they were...in fact I think I removed one from my Blazer...not knowing what it was:

Wonder if it still works. Any capacitors in there may have leaked out by now.
