Ok so first I stuck this in The Garage because it is still technical and not off topic for lounge...

so I ordered up parts for my windstar fans... everything that was remaining. I found other wiring diagrams that are still close but not exact to what I'm going to do ... now I can cheaply MS Paint the diagrams like I usually do.. but why not use visio.
upon searching all over.. stencils.... people want to charge. they want to make money.. so I say to bone with them... I already created 4 and free... best price...

so how bout you help me out and do one of 2 things...
  1. Tell me what would be cool to do as a stencil - give a link/pic/example
  2. you create one for us to add and create a nice stencil.
Years ago on pavementsucks.com, someone got the idea of the cartoon trucks, then animated ones. so many people chimed in and helped create them. Yes they spread through the web.. I expect these will go out as well, unless someone tells me how we can lock them so they cannot be modified. I don't know that part...

rename .txt file to .vssx

Ok added fuse and breakers too

I just did this with my stencils... but I'm not sure the Volvo relays if they work this way or if I need to tie 2 power for BOTH or not.... gonna post that over in windstar areaFans.png

added GM key (LOL)
added ground from contura to ground
tied both fans together on 2 for high
added 2 led for in cab.. 1 for low and both for high

I think this is how it is supposed to be so we will see...

Didn't realize Visio was still around. Many years ago, I had two or three versions on my computer. Then Microsoft bought them out, and screwed it up so bad I quit using it when I swapped computers.
Lately I have been using TinyCad.
https://www.tinycad.net/

Not as powerful as Visio, but free, and does what I need most of the time.

Visio has always been around. Im running ver 2016 now. I get all ms products through work for $10 each through a partner program
