Visual Differances Between d60 and corp 14bolt?

i have a 14bolt FF and the pple i got it from said it was a corp14 bolt and then a couple people i know said its a dana???? any visual ways to tell....other than serial #'s ???????
 
If it's a full floater (and a full floater) the pinion is in a removable pinion support like a Ford 9" axle. You would see a round 8 bolt pattern close to the yoke, remove these bolts and the pinion and support assembly will pull out.

ok well its got 14 bolt cover, and its got bolts around the pinion... so its a corp right?
 
Like 14B cause more of then around.In GMs from bout 73 till 98 or so.More spare parts.Detroits can be got for bout $300 too. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
 
there are way more dana 60 rear axles IMO
dodge and ford both used them for about a hundred years
