This is more of a cosmetic nuesence issue that I wanted to see if I could resolve. When my blinker is on when stopped I notice my voltage gauge bounces to the blinker pulse. Any idea on ressolution?

ive driven a lot of cars that do this, at least you know the reading is accurate and real time :dunno:

Mine does that too (and I'm running a new Bosch 105amp alt). I'd check the output of the alternator at idle, without the blinker on. If it's putting out 13.8v or greater, you're in good shape.

I think it's just the wiring of vehicle. All of the blinker current is coming through the fuse block and the voltage gauge is just measuring voltage at the fuse block. The rate of a blinker is kind of borderline for the alternator to keep a constant voltage with, too. I don't think it's any real problem.
