Vortec 350 swap

I have aquired a 350 vortec engine and have also bought a wiring harness and computer out of a 98 K2500 manual truck. Anyone done this swap yet? (i know some have from the searching i have done) I hate to spend hours and hours scanning over wiring diagrams if someone else already has done this tiring work for me I may also have to find a computer from a 96 or 97 to get around the passlock security issues unless someone has a fix for that as well.

I know this swap has been done a couple of times on here, and the issues have been pretty well documented. A search for vortec swap or the like should result in some answers for you!

I forgot to ask you, did you look through LS1TECH? They have lots of info there about swapping various motors. It requires some searching though.
