What Is the Difference between the #906 casting and the #062 casting? I am rebuilding my screwed 350 and was wondering what the difference between the two are before

try www.mortec.com with the casting numbers. It might tell you something about them.

Where are you getting this #062 number? I pulled out my smallblock chevy parts interchange manual and see no mention of an 062. The 906 is in there and says that it is a 96-up 350, Vortec 5700, L-31, 64cc, 1.94"/1.5" 170cc intake port volume.

After some reserch This is what I found
The reason I asked is because I could not find a full
casting# and I finally did so the mystery is solved
pretty much the "062" was only manufactured in 1998 and thats the only difference I could find......

The 062's

12558062...98......350..........L31 Vortec, truck, 64cc chambers, 1.94/1.5, 170cc intake port
